Agreement Between You and bjlive
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between bjlive ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers, deposits funds into, or otherwise uses any service offered through the bjlive website and its associated mobile interface. By creating an account on bjlive, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood this Agreement and that you agree to be legally bound by its provisions.
bjlive operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. All accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Services include, but are not limited to, sports betting (with particular emphasis on cricket), live casino games, slot games, crash games, and related promotional offerings. The platform is accessible via web browser and does not require a dedicated application download.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bjlive platform and close your account. Continued use of any part of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms in their entirety.
What You Need to Know
Eligibility — 21 Years and Above Only
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use bjlive. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. bjlive reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be suspended and all funds returned to the verified payment method on record.
Geographic Eligibility
The bjlive platform is designed for and primarily directed at users located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bjlive makes no representation that its services are appropriate or lawfully available in any location outside Bangladesh. Users in restricted jurisdictions must not attempt to access the platform.
One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one bjlive account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, bjlive reserves the right to close all related accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and retain any winnings derived from fraudulent activity pending investigation.
Deposits and Withdrawals in BDT
All transactions on bjlive are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and participating local banks. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. bjlive does not accept third-party payments; the account holder's name must match the name on the payment method.
Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bjlive will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bjlive support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, use of automated software or bots, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the platform or its other users. bjlive employs automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect irregular activity. Accounts found in violation of this clause will be suspended immediately, and all associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
Account Registration Requirements
To open a bjlive account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Required information includes a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
bjlive may, at its sole discretion, require enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. KYC verification may require submission of a government-issued photographic identification document (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until the process is completed satisfactorily.
bjlive reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for that decision. This includes, without limitation, applications from individuals who have previously held a suspended or closed bjlive account.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonuses
Deposit Policy
All deposits are credited to your bjlive account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. bjlive does not charge a fee for standard deposits via supported mobile financial services. Processing times for mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically instant. bjlive is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 via mobile wallet methods
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name
- Third-party or anonymous deposits will be returned and the account may be reviewed
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet or bank account used for the most recent deposit. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification. bjlive targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for standard mobile wallet requests, though processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200
- Withdrawals available to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and participating bank accounts
- bjlive reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before releasing withdrawals above ৳50,000
- Funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee on withdrawal at bjlive's discretion
Bonus and Promotional Terms
Bonuses and promotions offered by bjlive are subject to individual terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include the following:
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds
- Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified in each individual promotion's terms
- bjlive reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account suspension
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering cycle
Sports Betting & Game Rules
All bets placed on bjlive are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game. Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — follows market-specific rules that will be displayed at the point of bet placement. In the event of ambiguity, the ruling of bjlive's trading team is final.
Sports Betting
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. bjlive reserves the right to void any bet where:
- The bet was placed on an event where the outcome was already determined
- An obvious pricing error was present at the time of placement
- Evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns is identified
- The relevant sporting event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared under the applicable rules
In-play bets are accepted subject to live data feeds. bjlive is not responsible for delays in in-play data and accepts no liability for bets placed based on inaccurate live scores displayed through third-party data providers.
Casino and Slot Games
All casino games, slot machines, live dealer tables, and crash games available on bjlive use certified random number generators (RNGs) or operate via live video streams from licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming, among others. The house edge for each game is embedded in the game's design and is published as the Return to Player (RTP) percentage in the game information panel.
In the event of a technical fault that causes a game to fail mid-round, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player balances. bjlive's recorded game history constitutes the definitive record of all transactions and supersedes any client-side display in the event of a discrepancy.

Limitation of Liability & Disputes
bjlive provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform remains accessible and fully functional at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues outside our direct control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bjlive's total liability to any user for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game result, account balance, or any other platform matter, users must contact bjlive support within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. bjlive will investigate all disputes and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of bjlive's internal dispute resolution team is final and binding, subject only to any rights the user may have under applicable Bangladeshi law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through bjlive's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. Users located in Bangladesh agree that any legal proceedings will be conducted in English.
Data Use & Privacy
bjlive collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. bjlive uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Account information, payment details, and betting history are stored securely and are not sold to or shared with third parties except where required for payment processing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Modifications to These Terms
bjlive reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bjlive will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at the time of login.
